Due to the nature of the products offered:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Under no circumstances will returns be accepted once an order has been shipped.
• We do not accept returns of any research materials.

Refunds, if considered, are:

• Issued solely at our discretion.
• Handled on a case-by-case basis.

Regarding product verification:

All Certificates of Analysis (COAs) provided on this website reflect current and previous batch testing.

If a customer disputes a COA:

• We will only review independent, verifiable testing results.
• Testing must be paid for by the customer.
• Testing costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

We do not:

• Provide usage instructions or protocols.
• Offer guidance outside of product identification and documentation.
